We provide transportation and related business services. Website content is informational. Quotes, bookings, and contracts may be confirmed separately in writing, by invoice, or by school/district agreement.
## 3. Accounts and authorizations
If you connect third-party accounts (such as Intuit QuickBooks Online) to tools we use:
- You represent that you have authority to grant that access
- You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for revoking access when no longer needed
- We will use granted access only for authorized business purposes
## 4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website or integrations, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting services, scraping in an abusive way, or using our systems for unlawful purposes.
## 5. Payments
Online bill pay and other payments may be processed by third parties (for example Stripe). Their terms also apply. Invoices are due according to the payment terms stated on the invoice or contract.
## 6. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by A Plus Bus or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.

THE WEBSITE AND INTEGRATIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party platforms.
## 8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A PLUS BUS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE OR INTEGRATIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR INTEGRATIONS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
## 9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold A Plus Bus harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the website or integrations, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

## 11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to online tools for misuse or risk to security. You may stop using the website at any time and may revoke third-party app connections in the provider’s settings.
## 12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
## 13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
